Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

are you moving your shop location? If so where to and when?
It would be very helpful to your clientele if your on-line presence were more organized and reliable. For starters a real website rather than a blog! Perhaps you aren't aware of how many employers block all blogs from work computers, so your customers can't even access your site during the work day.
Then it's dark, nearly devoid of information, and not updated very often. Please check out some of the better ones around the country and if you need to hire a web designer, just do it. What you've got here shows no community spirit. Where are the happy people knitting. Check out the website of Lovely Yarns in Baltimore. Their site shows people having fun and being part of a community.
And make your information easy to assess. Many web sites post their stocklist, they have links to useful websites, bios of their teachers, pictures from classes, the class schedule that doesn't have to be downloaded.
You've got a lovely shop, but you seriously need to work on your Internet presence.
