Updated Class Schedule

We finally have a correct class schedule. We have worked, well Peggy has worked very hard on this and I just love what she has created! It is much easier to read and I think you will really like the selections of classes. We should have the updated version on our blog later today, however if you come into the store please pick one up.

Also, the Tahki Stacy Charles order has arrived... We are getting it processed and on the shelves today and tomorrow. Come in as see the great new stuff!

FALL IS HERE!

I just love a change in seasons, especially when it includes the end of summer! We have had many changes over the past few months, and I hope you take some time to come in and check everything out. We have some new yarns, like "Mirasol" & "Conjoined Creations" and have replenished some of our main-stays. We have also updated our fall class schedule and will have the new version on the blog early next week. Thanks for continued support and hope to see you soon!

Labor Day

Thanks so much for all the support in making room for new yarn! 12 very large boxes of the new stuff just arrived today! Now I just need to get it all checked in and labeled... hopefully by next week we will have it on the shelves.

Conjoined Creations, a locally dyed yarn, is now available in the store. They are best known for their "flat feet" sock yarn, however they have some beautiful lace weight yarn, soy silk ribbon and cotton soy blends in DK and Worsted weights. Come in and check it out

I have decided to give the staff and myself a well deserved day off and close for Labor day Monday, September 6, 2010.

New Digs!

OK, so we got moved in, still unpacking a bit and waiting for some more tenant improvements to be done... two weeks to a contractor is more like 3 months to the rest of us. So, while we wait for that stuff to be done, I decided to have a sale... yea! I am looking at some new lines of yarn and need to make some room. Gedifra, Mission Falls, and Louisa Harding are 50% off until Saturday August 28th. All other yarns are 25% off, needles and accessories are not included in the sale. This sale is not to be combined with the 3 Tier sale that is currently going on for the summer. Come on in and take advantage of the savings before it is all gone.

Retrain your husbands, reset your navigation devices, retrain your brain - Knit Happens is moving! No biggie - just down Indian School Road! Our new address is 8100 E Indian School Road Suite 105. Just east of Hayden on the North side of the street, next door to KFC. We will be closed Friday, July 30 and Saturday July 31, 2010 and will reopen Monday, August 2, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
Please come in and see us at our new location. The store may not be perfect on Monday morning so we ask that you please forgive any confusion or mess! See you soon!

To clarify - our summer hours are

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
